Author: Ellen Gee

Texas born and Virginia raised, Ellen is proud of her southern roots. After twenty-five years climbing the corporate ladder, she retired to Florida to write her award winning memoir, My Mother’s Song, the story of how her mother risked everything to save her children’s lives. Ellen is as amazed as anyone that she and her high school sweetheart stayed married for 38 years until cancer took Tim's life. She's most grateful for the legacy he left behind in their two children and six grandchildren.
